and my anxiety gets worse when my blood sugar is low
but I’m freaking out too much to eat
so they both get worse together
AND IT’S THE MOST AWFUL FUCKING THING IN THE WORLD
so basically
this is such a giant gpoy that IT HURTS A LITTLE
You know, I can actually relate to that, sort of. When I feel hungry when I’m struggling with anxiety, the hunger makes me more anxious (for me, it’s a ‘WHUT SHOULD I DOOOO?!?!’ struggle). But the increase in anxiety also negates the hunger, which leads to yet another struggle (‘SHOULD I EAAAT BUT I’M NOT HUNGRY BUT I WAS JUST NOW WHUT SHOULD I DOOOO?!?!’)
